As Kim Mitchell started his solo career I of course followed him as close as I could and every time I would see him I would invariably find myself up on the front row yelling DO SOME MAX WEBSTER DO SOME MAX WEBSTER. He would nod and wink at me and say "encore' and the would do Battle Scar with Peter Fredette doing the Geddy Lee honors.
1996 rolls around and Max Webster did a brief cross Canada Reunion Tour and I was lucky enough to get tickets for The Back Alley in Calgary and it was MY TENTH!!! So as the concert progresses... girlfriend long lost I found myself up at the front of the stage yelling DO SOME KIM MITCHELL DO SOME KIM MITCHELL!!! He looks at me and says — right into the microphone "you fucking KILL me, man."
